You make the essays seem so easy with your Analysis!!!  Your essay answers are so much better than Barbri or Barperfect or anything else out there. You should Write your Own Book on how to Write Bar Exam essays!!

Jason: I worked on Con law MBEs yesterday and today I am doing crimlaw MBEs.  I am really getting good at the Con Law ones......a subject I did not fare too well in on the Bar.  I like the MBEs that have the explanation immediately following the question and answers.  I can immediately find out why I got it wrong. Don't worry...I will be passing this Bar Exam in a few weeks.  I know where my weaknesses lie.  And am brushing up on them. I got 109 right on my Bar MBEs in July.  The first simulated MBE you gave us, I got a 127 (I think).  This last one, I got a 136.  Crazy, huh???  :-)

Thank you so much!  I can't believe I am a little over a week away from taking the test. For thefirst time, I'm not TOTALLY dreading the exam. I know if I stay calm andfocused I can do this!  

I came across my VERY first email to you. As you can see below, I was a scared and hopeless soul!! Glad to report she is gone and I am now confident and ready to take care of this test once and for all. Notice the date?? Yes, we have been working together for OVER four months! As for the essays you sent. The two essays, I read them only to understand what the fact pattern was about and why certain facts were important.  After reading the fact pattern, I went over your explanations on why certain facts were important. This stuff is GREAT.  I never had anyone break it down the way you do.  As to the MBEs I did pretty good on most of them. There are some I missed, but that was because I was reading the fact pattern to fast. Sloppy reading!  Your analytical break down of each question is great. I am getting used to doing them your way. I think it is going to work for me this time around.

Hello there, I was going to call you this evening, as I've finished up the Crim Pro stuff and am ready for the next assignment. I actually did well on the MBE's. They seem to be much clearer than the ones I did through the SmartStudy. Perhaps it is partially due to doing them on paper rather than on the computer? Either way, it was, as you said, quite fun doing them.
